TDOT As-Needed Purchase of LG Televisions and EMERALD Mounts

The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) is seeking as-needed television and mounting-bracket purchases under a five-year agency term contract. - Government buyer: Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT), through the Tennessee Department of General Services; deliveries may go to TDOT Headquarters and Regions 1–4 statewide. Procurement contact: Kelly Bekele. - OEMs and specified models: LG Electronics televisions — 65-inch model 65UR640S9UD and 55-inch model 55UP8000PUA/R; EMERALD television mount — model SM-720-9361. - Quantities: 150 65-inch televisions, 150 55-inch televisions, and 300 mounts. Orders are placed as needed, with no minimum purchase requirement. - Television requirements: Current-model-year flat-panel LED displays with at least 4K resolution, three HDMI inputs, one USB 2.0 input, wired and wireless network connectivity, wireless screen casting, and a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Proposed equipment must meet or exceed the specifications. - Mount requirements: Tilting or full-motion brackets, with tilt and swivel capabilities as requested, compatible with the supplied televisions’ size, weight, and mounting-hole patterns; minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. - Delivery: FOB Destination to locations specified by TDOT, with shipping included in equipment pricing. Supplier is responsible for transportation, scheduling, packing, handling, and insurance and must follow site security and delivery requirements. Headquarters deliveries require advance coordination and specified package labeling.

Description

The Tennessee Department of Transportation is soliciting bids to establish a five-year agency term contract for televisions and mounting brackets purchased on an as-needed basis. The scope includes delivery of 55-inch and/or 65-inch flat-screen televisions and compatible tilting or full-motion mounts to designated TDOT locations statewide. The televisions must meet the listed technical requirements, including 4K resolution and network connectivity, and the equipment must be delivered FOB Destination. One contractor will be selected for the full scope.
