VA sole-source conference, meeting-space, lodging, and AV services for Financial Management Leadership Training

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to make a sole-source award to Hilton Orlando for conference and lodging support for its Financial Management Leadership Training event. - Agency and approach: VA Enterprise Procurement Office (EPO), in partnership with the Office of Finance and Office of Finance Audit and Policy, intends to issue a sole-source purchase order to Hilton Orlando. - Services described in the prior justification: Lodging capacity for up to 600 attendees, conference and breakout meeting space, audio-visual support, and miscellaneous reporting services. Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Enterprise Procurement Office (EPO) intends to issue a sole source award to Hilton Orlando for a approximately 3 day conference supporting Financial Management Leadership Training.  The tentative dates for the conference are March 23, 2027 to March 25, 2027.

Hilton Orlando is the only facility identified in the Orlando, Florida area with the capacity to accomodate and provide a complete suite of conferencing services during the intended timeframe.
