Description

The Department of General Services is seeking qualifications from firms to provide electrical engineering services on an as-needed basis for projects throughout California. The work may cover new, addition, renovation, and remodel projects, including design documents, electrical distribution, building systems, emergency power, lighting, communications, fire and life safety systems, bidding support, and construction support. The state intends to establish separate five-year retainer agreements for three geographic regions, with a maximum total amount of $5,000,000 per agreement; task orders are not guaranteed. Work and design must be performed under the oversight and approval of appropriately licensed California professionals.
