Iron County School District is seeking proposals from qualified firms to serve as Construction Manager (at risk)/General Contractor (CM/GC) for construction of a new South Elementary school, designed by Naylor Wentworth Lund Architects. The CM/GC will work with the District’s Facilities Director, the architect, and consultants during design, providing cost estimates, schedules, and feedback on design details, phasing, and material availability.
