Description

Jefferson Parish is soliciting statements of qualifications from professional consulting firms to conduct a Parishwide Comprehensive Water and Sewer Rate Study and Financial Review. The work includes reviewing current rate structures, operating and maintenance costs, capital and infrastructure needs, revenues, expenditures, debt, reserves, customer usage, and billing and collections activity. The consultant will evaluate rate alternatives and financial sustainability, develop projections and recommendations, and prepare a final report. Submissions are due electronically by November 16, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. CT; the Parish may award the services to one or more vendors.
