The City of Sainte-Julie is seeking bids for construction and rehabilitation of paved trails providing access to Parc Desrochers under project SI-26-296, Lot 1. Work must be completed within a maximum of four weeks, beginning at the spring thaw in 2027. Bids may be submitted sealed in person or electronically through SEAO, and the contract will be awarded to the compliant bidder offering the lowest price.
