Santé Québec Outaouais is seeking between 3 and 7 security-services providers for an on-demand contract lasting 6 months, with five 6-month renewal options, for a maximum term of 36 months. The contract is divided into three territorial lots covering Gatineau, Papineau and Les Collines; Vallée-de-la-Gatineau; and Pontiac. Services include facility surveillance, alarm response, work and construction-site surveillance, and security services in youth centres, with coverage required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year-round.
