EPCOR is seeking specialized training and operational workflow development for its transmission Energy Management System (EMS). - Government buyer: EPCOR; work supports its System Control Centre and transmission operations. - Named OEM: Schneider Electric, whose Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) v3.11 upgrade is being implemented alongside the EMS. No other vendors are identified. - Requested services: - Develop foundational EMS operator training covering monitoring and control, switching, alarm management, network visualization, operating procedures, and competency assessments for initial qualification. - Develop advanced training for contingency analysis, state estimation, load forecasting, reliability assessment, and other analytical functions. - Create operational workflows, procedures, and supporting documentation for the System Control Centre. - Notable requirements: The EMS will not be fully operational during development. Training materials, assessments, and workflows must therefore draw on Schneider Electric design documentation, functional specifications, system requirements, use cases, playpen access, and existing implementation experience. The work is intended to support operator readiness, regulatory compliance, and safe, reliable transmission operations. - Period: Estimated four-month contract; not an annual subscription.
