DLA Weapons Support is seeking a nonmetallic hose assembly with first-article and production-lot testing. - Government buyer: Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Weapons Support, Fluid Handling Division; buyer contact named in the attachment: Blake Tushar. - OEMs and vendors: No OEMs, manufacturers, or commercial vendors are identified in the provided materials. - Product: 62 nonmetallic hose assemblies, NSN 4720-00-740-9331; drawing part number 7409331, drawing 19207, revision F. - Use nominal 1/8-inch I.D. hose instead of the .19-inch I.D. shown in drawing Note 1. - Type I shelf life is 120 months, non-extendable; shelf-life markings are required. - Testing requirements: Contractor first-article testing of 17 units, with a test report due within 60 days of contract date and at least 14 days' advance notice before shipment for testing. Production-lot testing is also required; the Government QAR selects 17 samples randomly from the lot. - Delivery and handling: Hose assembly delivery is scheduled in 425 days; the first-article and production-lot test line schedules allow 60 and 365 days, respectively. FOB Origin, with delivery to DLA Distribution Red River.
