Cellular Repeater Removal and Replacement for Buildings 522 and 523

The Department of the Navy is seeking replacement cellular repeater coverage for Buildings 522 and 523 at its Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division Virginia Beach Detachment. - Government buyer: Department of the Navy; Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Virginia Beach Detachment. - Requested products: Two new cellular repeaters, antennas, and necessary cabling. A single centralized repeater system serving both buildings is also acceptable if it meets the requirements. No make, model, part number, or OEM is specified. - Requested services: One firm-fixed-price lot covering removal and disposal of two existing end-of-life repeater systems and associated equipment, installation and testing of the replacement system, and required labor, materials, travel, and shipping. - Key requirements: Reliable 4G/5G voice and data coverage throughout both buildings for AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other carriers; interference safeguards including frequency conditioners, automatic isolation detection, and automatic shutoff; and Government-witnessed testing. Rooftop equipment must use non-penetrating mounts or ballast and withstand severe weather, including hurricane-force wind gusts. - Performance timing: Work must begin within 30 calendar days after award. Work hours are 0700–1600, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays; no overall duration or option periods are stated.
