The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) plans to sole-source continued A/E design and construction support for the Richmond VA Medical Center’s Community Living Center project. - Agency and project: VA, through the Veterans Health Administration’s Program Contracting Activity Central (VHA-PCAC), Project 652-322, “Minor, Expand and Enhance Community Living Center,” Richmond, Virginia. - Planned contractor: TRIPLE C-THE A & E GROUP LLC, identified as a service-disabled Veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB); the notice describes the action as a sole-source continuation design contract. - Requested services: Refresh the existing design package to current VA standards; update the Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE); provide support for the construction solicitation; and provide Construction Period Services (CPS). - Design and solicitation requirements: Update drawings, specifications, calculations, and supporting documents.
