Oak Ridge National Laboratory’s Chemical Sciences Division is seeking three specialized optical and photon-timing components for research use. - Government buyer: U.S. Department of Energy, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Chemical Sciences Division. - OEMs named: NIREOS, TEDIEL, and Micro Photon Devices. NIREOS and TEDIEL are named for the Gemini-Felix system; Micro Photon Devices is named for the PDM module. - Products requested: - NIREOS GEMINI.HP.L.ASY interferometer — quantity 1; Long Range option for high resolution, with high accuracy and speed. - NIREOS/TEDIEL Gemini-Felix TDC system — quantity 1; 1 sync channel and 2 detector channels. - Micro Photon Devices PDM module — quantity 1; 100 μm diameter, fewer than 100 dark counts per second, timing resolution under 40 ps, power supply, and LEMO-to-SMA adaptor. - Notable requirement: Products may be offered on a Brand Name or Equal basis; the bill of materials provides the stated technical specifications.
