See the line items for quantities and units; quantities are estimates and purchases are as needed. - Specifications and delivery: Materials must meet applicable City construction specifications and, where applicable, TxDOT standards. Pricing is delivered to City locations. Suppliers must provide a 24-hour telephone contact, respond promptly, and generally meet delivery requests within three business days after initial contact, subject to scheduling and approval requirements. The City may use secondary or tertiary suppliers if a higher-ranked supplier cannot respond or meet delivery requirements. - Contract term: One-year initial term, with four optional one-year renewals and a possible extension of up to six months.
