Description

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking a pre-qualified firm to demolish and remove improvements, structures, or other encumbrances in right-of-way or easement areas. Bidders must currently hold GDOT prequalification status and a current certificate for Right of Way Property Management Services; bids from firms not on GDOT’s prequalification listing will not be considered. GDOT will select the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the bid prices received.
