Description

Humble ISD is requesting proposals for photography and videography services on an as-needed basis, through a recurring, rolling RFP. Services include student and senior portraits, class and athletic team pictures, special-event photography and videography, photo booths, and panoramic photographs of graduating classes or groups. Vendors are reviewed and awarded throughout the RFP term, with responses submitted by March 31, 2027 eligible for consideration; the proposal term runs from award through June 30, 2027. The solicitation requests three to five school district or higher education references, a catalog or catalog link, and required W-9 and Form 1295 attachments.
