Description

The Société québécoise des infrastructures seeks to lease a garage for mobile laboratories in the specified search area in Laval and Montréal. The space must provide at least 390 m² of usable area in one contiguous, accessible space on a single floor, comply with applicable municipal zoning and service requirements, and be outside the defined flood-zone criteria. The premises and required fit-up must be delivered by August 31, 2027; the lease is for 60 months with one 60-month renewal option.
