Description

The Corporation of the County of Peterborough is seeking offers for the right to cut standing timber identified for removal on County-owned property. The work includes harvesting, final restoration, and demobilization, to be completed between the Effective Date of the Statement of Work and December 30, 2028. Harvesting windows at each site are restricted to comply with the Migratory Birds Convention Act, 1994, and to keep Cavan block trails available for winter use. Only qualified contractors meeting the County’s requirements may bid; contractors or vendors suspended by, or in legal dispute with, the County will be disqualified.
