Description
Strathcona County is seeking to prequalify engineering consulting firms to provide mechanical and/or electrical consulting services for capital construction, renovation, renewal, lifecycle replacement, and infrastructure projects at County-owned facilities and locations within the County. The procurement has two areas of specialization, and firms may apply for one or both; each area will be evaluated independently. The selected firms may enter into a Master Framework Agreement and may be invited to participate in later procurement processes. Services may cover design, construction documentation, sustainability and energy-efficiency support, BIM coordination, procurement support, contract administration, commissioning, and closeout.
