St. Albert Public Schools is requesting proposals for scheduled solid waste collection and disposal services across 18 facility sites, with service at a 19th site beginning in September 2029. The contract term is 48 months, from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2030. Submissions must be made in hard copy as described in the attached RFP; electronic submission is not enabled. Proposals are due November 12, 2026, at 15:00.
