Canoe Procurement Group of Canada and Sourcewell are identified in the procurement context. - Products requested: - Indoor and outdoor scoreboards and athletic scoring systems, including sport and statistics displays, scorer’s tables, shot and play clocks, timing and scoring systems, controllers, and accessories. - Athletic and event video boards and large-format LED displays, including center-hung, end-zone, ribbon, fascia, perimeter, architectural, portable, and trailer-mounted systems. - Digital displays and signage, including dvLED, video walls, flat-panel and interactive displays, message centers, marquees, wayfinding, transportation and emergency displays, and signage networks. - Complementary audio and event-production technologies, including replay, streaming, control-room, and content-management systems. - Related services: Design, installation, commissioning, training, maintenance, monitoring, rental, replacement, and removal. Turnkey solutions are generally preferred; equipment-only proposals may be suitable when the participating entity can install and operate the solution. - Notable scope limits: Services-only, audio-only, software-only, and accessory-only proposals are outside the primary focus. Description

The RFP seeks indoor and outdoor scoreboards, digital displays, video boards, and related athletic scoring systems and accessories. Scope includes large-format LED displays, digital signage, integrated audio and production systems, and services such as design, installation, commissioning, training, maintenance, rental, and replacement. Turnkey solutions are generally preferred, while equipment-only or products-only proposals may be appropriate for entities able to install and operate them.
