The City of Anaheim Public Utilities Department is seeking qualified providers for on-demand training, organizational development, and coaching services. - Government buyer: City of Anaheim, Public Utilities Department (APU); Anaheim, Orange County, California. - Service categories: - Learning and Development: design and develop courses, assessments, and instructional materials; facilitate in-person courses; and manage related learning projects. - Organizational Development and Coaching: advise on organizational effectiveness, change management, strategic planning, and organizational or team interventions; provide individual and team coaching, including executive, leadership, onboarding, and role-transition coaching. - Pricing schedule: nine service entries, each listed at a quantity of 1 for pricing purposes, not as a forecast of work. Rates are requested hourly or per session, as applicable. See service line items for details. - Requirements and deliverables: providers need at least five years of comparable experience, relevant certifications or equivalent expertise, and at least three references for similar work. Providers offering onboarding coaching must have prior onboarding-coaching and consultation experience. Training materials must be reasonably accessible to users with disabilities. Potential deliverables include course outlines, learning objectives, instructional and facilitator materials, evaluations, coaching plans, progress updates, outcome reports, analyses, and recommendations. - Providers may propose for either or both service categories. Future assignments will be made through project-specific work requests among prequalified providers; agreements do not guarantee work. - No service-delivery OEMs or providers are named. OpenGov is identified as the electronic procurement and submission platform.

Description

The City of Anaheim Public Utilities Department is seeking proposals to prequalify providers for as-needed learning and development, organizational development, and coaching services. Category 1 includes designing and developing leadership and professional-development training, facilitating courses, and managing related projects; Category 2 includes organizational development consultation, interventions, and individual or team coaching. Providers may propose for either category or both, and future assignments will be competed through project-specific Requests for Work Order Proposals. The agreement term is stated as five years with up to two additional one-year extensions, and does not guarantee work.
