Arizona is seeking statewide claims administration services for the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (DIFI). - Government buyer: Arizona Department of Administration, State Procurement Office, on behalf of the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (DIFI). - Requested services: - Liability claims adjusting and/or processing. - Workers’ compensation claims adjusting and/or processing. - Scope: Services will be provided statewide and used as needed. The State may establish one or more contracts and does not guarantee a minimum level of work or spending. - OEMs and vendors: No claims-services vendors or product manufacturers are named in the notice.

Description

The Arizona Department of Administration, State Procurement Office seeks to establish one or more single-agency contracts for the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions to provide liability claims adjusting and/or processing services. The State anticipates statewide service coverage, but retains discretion over whether to award contracts, the number of awards, and allocation of work. Services will be used as needed, with no guaranteed spending. Offerors must propose liability claims, workers’ compensation claims, or both, and submit the applicable required documentation and pricing.
