Description

The Northeast Maryland Waste Disposal Authority requests technical and price proposals from qualified vendors to provide mattress and box spring collection and recycling services for one or more member jurisdictions. Services include providing collection containers and other equipment as needed; acceptance, loading and unloading, transportation, processing, marketing, recycling or reuse, and residual disposal. The Master Service Agreement term is July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2032, although service start dates may vary by jurisdiction. Proposals are due November 30, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. local time.
