Description

The Town of Oakland, Maryland is requesting proposals from qualified professional engineering firms for Phase I of the Oakland Water System Comprehensive Engineering & Infrastructure Plan. The work includes developing and calibrating a water distribution system hydraulic model and evaluating water and wastewater infrastructure alternatives. It also includes preparing a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER), environmental review documentation, and coordinating funding and regulatory matters, along with related engineering services. Proposals must be submitted as five hard copies by the stated deadline; electronic submissions through eMMA will not be accepted.
