Description

The State of Minnesota seeks contractor(s) to provide lawn care, landscaping, and irrigation system services at the Bureau of Criminal Apprehensions (BCA) Mankato and Minnesota State Emergency Operation Center (MSEOC) Blaine facilities. Services must meet the requirements in Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work, and the facility maps in the sample contract and exhibits. The estimated contract value is $40,000–$50,000 per year; these are estimates only and do not establish a minimum or maximum commitment. The anticipated term is March 1, 2027 through February 28, 2029, with an option to extend up to 36 additional months. Responses must be submitted online through the SWIFT Supplier Portal by November 10, 2026, and attendance at the virtual pre-proposal meeting and site visits for proposed locations is mandatory.
