Description

Warren County is seeking qualified proposals for a Grant Administrator to implement the Administrative Plan for its 2026 Office of Community Renewal State Funded Housing Programs. If awarded, the administrator would implement the plan for the Residential Emergency Services to Offer (Home) Repairs to the Elderly (RESTORE) and/or Access to Home funds awarded by the Housing Trust Fund Corporation and NYS Homes & Community Renewal. Administration must comply with applicable LPA manuals, policies, procedures, the Administrative Plan, and the Program Grant Agreement.
