Description

The State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities proposes to issue Wulik-Delong, LLC a successive lease at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. The premises are Block 16, Lot 1A, approximately 47,970 square feet, for a 50-year term from June 30, 2026, through June 30, 2076; the stated annual rent is $5,756.40. Proposed authorized uses include constructing, operating, and maintaining a hangar, operating an aircraft maintenance and repair business, renting aircraft tie-down space, and providing customer and employee parking. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m. on or before November 12, 2026, after which the Department will determine whether to execute the lease.
