Description
The City of Redmond is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive Police Department cost-of-service, fee, and infraction fine study. The work includes evaluating existing fees and parking-related infraction fines, determining service costs where applicable, and developing defensible recommendations for updated fee and fine structures. The study covers administrative, permitting, enforcement, and records-related services, as well as parking and traffic-related fines, and includes benchmarking, methodology documentation, implementation guidance, and a periodic review framework. The solicitation states that the fees and fines have not been comprehensively adjusted since 2009.
