The project has two base bids: Base Bid A covers Station 1+00 to Station 34+25, and Base Bid B covers Station 34+25 to Station 72+23. Work includes milling, paving and pavement repairs, curb and sidewalk repairs, ADA-compliant curb ramps, traffic markings, and improvements within New Jersey Transit right-of-way requiring coordination with NJ Transit. The contract work must be completed within 90 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
