The City of La Cañada Flintridge is seeking one replacement outdoor public notice board and the related removal and installation work at City Hall. - Government buyer - City of La Cañada Flintridge; Tania Garcia, City Clerk, Administration Department. The initial release also identifies Administrative Services. - Procurement - Remove the existing enclosed bulletin board and install one replacement in the same location in front of City Hall. - The new board must provide approximately 32 square feet of notice space (8 feet by 4 feet), with a cork or similar mounting surface. - Product requirements - Aluminum or steel posts; metal surfaces powder-coated dark green and/or dark brown. - Hidden internal LED lighting, operating on 120VAC at 4000K. - Posts must be protected with 10-mil tape below grade and above grade. The City of La Cañada Flintridge is requesting quotes to remove its existing outdoor enclosed public notice bulletin board and install a new one in the same location in front of City Hall. The new board should provide approximately 32 square feet of notice space, have a cork or similar mounting surface, internal hidden LED lighting, and metal surfaces with a dark green and/or dark brown powder-coated finish. The vendor will coordinate with the City's electrician regarding power disconnection and reconnection, and must provide a two-year guarantee for parts and installation labor.
