The State of New Mexico, New Mexico State Fair, is inviting qualified firms to submit competitive sealed proposals for development of the Fairgrounds in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The redevelopment is organized as a coordinated master plan with two distinct opportunities: Stadium Development and Housing-Anchored Mixed-Use Development. Offerors may respond to either opportunity or both individually.
