The City of North Charleston seeks qualifications from firms to provide architectural and engineering services for renovation and improvement of three public assembly venues in the North Charleston Convention Complex. The City seeks a sports architecture firm with extensive experience in major sports facilities, performing arts theaters, and convention centers. Major specialty design consultants and third-party specialty sub-consultants must also have substantial experience in their specialty areas for major sports facilities. Responses were due to the City of North Charleston Procurement Department by November 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET; late or misdirected submissions would be rejected and returned unopened.
