Description

Corpus Christi Independent School District is seeking proposals to establish a pool of qualified, licensed Certified Realtor firms. Firms may be selected on an as-needed basis to provide professional real estate services, including assistance with purchasing, leasing, exchanging, selling, or optioning real property. The initial contract period runs from execution through December 31, 2029, with two optional additional twelve-month extensions. Proposals are due November 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
