PBS NC Iconik media asset management subscription, gateway, and integration services

The University of North Carolina System Office, on behalf of PBS NC, is seeking a cloud media asset management subscription and implementation services for its broadcast and media workflows. - Buyer: State of North Carolina / University of North Carolina System Office, for PBS NC. - OEM and named platforms: Backlight is the named provider of the requested Iconik Professional platform. The scope also names Dalet Galaxy as the source system and Telestream Vantage, Telestream DIVA, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Quantum Xcellis for migration and integration workflows. - Subscription and capacity: Iconik Professional for 36 months, billed annually, with two optional 12-month extensions. The specified configuration includes 3 Power User licenses, 17 Standard User licenses, 10 Browse User licenses, 25 TB of proxy storage, 500 GB per month of transfer/egress, 500 AI credits per month, and 50,000 workflow automations per month. The service order also identifies 1 additional Power User license, 2 additional Standard User licenses, 10 Browse User licenses, and 18 additional 1-TB proxy-storage increments. - Hardware: Provide an Iconik Storage Gateway server suitable for 4K workflows and configure it to securely browse, read, write, transfer, and synchronize media with Quantum Xcellis. PBS NC must approve the server specifications. - Implementation and services: Migrate selected media assets, records, metadata, and form data from Dalet Galaxy; integrate and configure workflows involving Telestream Vantage and DIVA, Adobe Premiere Pro, Quantum Xcellis, and Iconik; support proxy editing and relinking to high-resolution media; provide XSL or JSON metadata import with field mapping and reporting of incomplete imports; and install or assist with installation, test, commission, and document the Storage Gateway. - Notable requirements: Identify required licenses, connectors, APIs, third-party services, network and security needs, and related costs. Verify successful file transfers between Iconik and Quantum Xcellis before production use. GovRAMP Core is required for Internal data. - Delivery and term: Delivery is due within five consecutive calendar days after receipt of the purchase order. The subscription term is 36 months, with two optional one-year extensions subject to PBS NC approval and applicable renewal pricing.
