Description
NASPO ValuePoint, in collaboration with the State of North Carolina, is seeking information from qualified suppliers about solid waste collection, recycling, and disposal. Responses will inform the scope, category structure, regional approach, and pricing considerations for a future multi-state cooperative solicitation. This is an informal RFI; responses will not be evaluated or result in contract awards, but may be used for industry research and development of future competitive solicitations.
