Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce is continuing the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on boltless steel shelving units prepackaged for sale from China. The continuation follows determinations that revoking the orders would likely result in continued or recurring dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to a U.S. industry. The orders cover qualifying prepackaged shelving units and add-on kits, subject to listed exclusions. U.S. Customs and Border Protection will continue collecting cash deposits at the applicable rates.
