Description
The U.S. International Trade Commission scheduled full five-year reviews under the Tariff Act of 1930 concerning common alloy aluminum sheet (CAAS). The reviews will determine whether revoking countervailing duty orders on CAAS from Bahrain, India, and Turkey, and antidumping duty orders on CAAS from the listed countries, would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. The Commission determined to extend the review period by up to 90 days. This notice also gives participation, hearing, and filing deadlines for the reviews.
