Description

The U.S. International Trade Commission instituted an investigation following a complaint by Vicor Corporation alleging that certain vertical power delivery systems, components, and computing systems containing them infringe claims of U.S. Patent No. 10,903,734. The scope includes systems and components used in data center server, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing systems to power AI accelerators, TPUs, GPUs, and CPUs. The Commission will investigate whether imports, sales for importation, or sales in the United States after importation violate section 337 and whether a qualifying domestic industry exists. The complainant requests a limited exclusion order and cease-and-desist orders.
