Description
The CDC invites public and federal agency comments on a continuing information collection required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, titled “Performance Monitoring of CDC's Comprehensive Suicide Prevention Program.” The program aims to reduce suicide morbidity and mortality by 10% in disproportionately impacted populations in participating jurisdictions. The collection monitors recipient progress on program implementation and outcomes; this revision adds a monthly reporting instrument covering budgets, staffing, activities, technical assistance needs, and evaluation updates. CDC requests OMB approval for an estimated 912 annual burden hours, with no respondent costs other than time.
