Description
The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) invites public comments on Federal agency requests for records disposition authority, known as records schedules. The schedules propose how agencies will dispose of records they no longer need for agency business, including preserving records of continuing value or destroying records lacking continuing value after a specified period. The notice lists 11 schedules from various Federal agencies and provides access to the schedules and appraisal memoranda through the Regulations.gov docket. Comments are due November 30, 2026.
