Each cohort receives four days of training in the Cook, Northern, Central, and Southern regions. - Develop customized curriculum, participant workbooks, presentation materials, learning activities, and action-planning tools. - Provide executive consultation and facilitated sessions addressing leadership alignment, organizational culture, executive team effectiveness, and change leadership. - Provide leadership reinforcement, implementation and sustainability planning, follow-up consultation, continuous quality improvement recommendations, evaluation, and final reporting. - Conduct an organizational leadership assessment only if requested by DCFS. - Topics and notable requirements: Employee engagement, communication, coaching and feedback, accountability, decision-making, conflict management, psychological safety, change management, team development, systems thinking, emotional intelligence, and leadership sustainability. Training must be practical and interactive, using adult-learning and experiential-learning approaches. - Performance period: One year from contract execution, with potential renewals or extensions up to a total contract term of ten years.
