UW-Eau Claire is requesting information about turnkey group travel and event management services for the Blugold Marching Band’s anticipated trip to perform in the 2027 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. The initial planning estimate is 400 students and 10 staff, with anticipated travel dates of November 21–26, 2027. Requested areas for market input include itinerary development, transportation, lodging, meals, experiences, staffing, safety practices, and pricing.
