Description

Canoe/Sourcewell seeks proposals for a national contracting solution for scoreboards, digital displays, video boards, and related services, on behalf of CivicInfo BC, RMA, and other named organizations and their members. Proposed offerings may include scoring systems, LED video boards, digital signage, complementary integrated audio and production systems, and related design, installation, training, maintenance, and other services. Turnkey combinations are generally preferred, and proposals must be submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal; other submission methods will not be considered. The resulting contract term is four years, with up to three additional one-year extensions by agreement.
