Defence Construction Canada (DCC) – Atlantic Region invites general contractors to express interest in supplying all labour, materials, and equipment for the Enniskillen Road Upgrade in Gagetown, New Brunswick. This is the first step in a two-step process; only contractors that submit an expression of interest through the Electronic Bidding System by the closing deadline will be invited to bid in the Tender Phase. The project includes an Indigenous Benefits Plan requiring Indigenous businesses or eligible joint ventures as subcontractors or suppliers. The rough order of magnitude estimate / construction cost limit is $25,642,471, excluding HST and other listed costs.
