Description

The work is to repair approximately 32 m² of existing asphalt pavement beside and surrounding the concrete entrance pad at the East Perimeter office, 22080 PTH 1E, Navin, Manitoba. Work includes mobilization and traffic control, sawcutting and disposing of the existing asphalt, preparing and recompacting the base, and supplying supplementary base material as required. The contractor must apply tack coat and place and compact a 65 mm lift of Bituminous Pavement, Class “B,” matching the existing concrete pad and adjacent asphalt. The City of Winnipeg Type 1A mix is acceptable as an alternative; warm mix and anti-strip additive are also required.
