The Université de Montréal is seeking professional structural and civil engineering services for planning, realization, and close-out of a unified building at its Saint-Hyacinthe campus, combining the animal teaching hub and animal shelter. The work covers project phases and support for preparation of the business case dossier. The planned building has four levels, including a basement, and approximately 6,775 m² of gross area; delivery is targeted for summer 2031. Services will support teaching laboratories, animal accommodation, shelter services, support spaces, and related exterior and campus integration work.
