Description

Santé Québec Laurentides seeks an intermediate resource provider for 12 places for adults primarily with physical disabilities, with or without behavioral disorders, and possibly with intellectual disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. The facility must be ready to receive clients no later than June 1, 2027. The contract term is 120 months, with one 5-year renewal option, for a total of 180 months including the option. Bids are due November 9, 2026, and may be submitted through SEAO or at the stated physical location.
