Adair Independent School District 2 is seeking proposals for E-Rate Category 2 network cabling, related equipment, and bundled support for three eligible entities. - Government buyer: Adair Independent School District 2, Adair, Mayes County, Oklahoma. - Products requested: Cabling quantities of 9, 64, and 40 feet; 113 antennas, connectors, and related components; and applicable equipment licenses. No part numbers or specific models are provided. - Services requested: Installation and initial configuration, bundled warranties and manufacturer maintenance support, and eligible basic maintenance of internal connections (BMIC) and/or managed internal broadband services (MIBS) where needed for a complete solution. Standalone BMIC or MIBS proposals are not sought; MIBS may relate to existing equipment. - OEMs and vendors: No product OEMs, manufacturers, or resellers are named. The Form 470 states no manufacturer preference, and equivalent products are allowed. - Notable requirements: Proposals should account for required cabling, connectors and other components, shipping, travel, per diem, and applicable fees. The RFP describes cabling quantities differently from the Form 470, so bidders should verify the quantities. The solicitation also identifies an estimated 25% tariff on networking equipment manufactured abroad. - Opportunity updates: The latest notice clarified that eligible BMIC and/or MIBS may be included as part of a complete proposal and provided a sample FY2027 Category 2 non-recurring-cost service provider contract.
