Description

The Government of Manitoba is seeking qualified service providers to provide Indigenous Recruitment, Leadership Development and Retention Services. The objective is to establish Standing Offer Agreements for one or more streams: Indigenous Recruitment and Executive Search; Indigenous Candidate Support, Outreach, and Talent Pipelines; and Indigenous Leadership Development, Mentorship and Retention. Services may include recruitment and advisory services, candidate support and outreach, talent pipeline development, leadership development, mentorship, onboarding, transition support, retention initiatives, and addressing systemic barriers to Indigenous recruitment, retention, career advancement, and representation.
