Description

The RFP seeks a sustainable, comprehensive data protection solution for Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). The solution must support and protect Oracle Exadata Cloud@Customer (ExaCC) and Oracle Database workloads in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), which are not currently covered by the incumbent backup platform. SAIT’s existing protected environment includes Azure Local, Dell PowerEdge, Dell PowerStore, Microsoft 365, and VMware vSphere. The estimated contract period is 46 months, with a proposed start date of January 1, 2027.
